Museum Trip

We went to the museum first thing this morning. We went to leern about body in action. The first activity was the food cart, school head, and a lot more.
I liked the sound shell. It is for listening to people far, far away.
I liked the exhibition.

My hunting Weekend.

In the weekend I went to Golden Bay with Flynn. We took the boat all the way to Golden Bay. I caught two sharks. They were called greyboy shark and spiky shark. When we got to Golden Bay we where exhausted. That night we went possum hunting. We shot two possums. We saw 8 though one but it fell on the beach. We went to look for it but we could not find it. In the morning Flynn pulled a prank on me. We both needed to go to the toilet. Flynn put one of his teddies in his bed and I thought it was Flynn but Flynn was in the living room for two hours. We went back by car. Flynn had a skinned tar and it’s head in a box. It was fun.

Stormy Wednesday

I had to go to a friend’s house because my mum and dad could not get out. A tree was on the drive way. We had a power cut. There were loads of trees that fall down. It was a disaster. I had to stay at a friends house for 4 hours.A rubbish bin was flying across the field.

Car Argument

Too many people are using cars to travel short distances. In my opinion people should bike, scooter or walk.
Cars are polluting the air. People can’t breathe and they will die. If you walk you will help stop polluting the air.
Petrol costs too much money. If you walk you will save more money for food and you won’t be poor.
So that’s why I think people should not use cars.

How Eight Year Olds Can Use a Computer

We are learning to write an argument that will persuade the reader to agree with our point of view. We need to include:
· An introduction which states the problem and tells our opinion,
· Reasons for our opinion,
· An ending which restates our opinion.
The first one we have written is about what needs to happen so we get a fair turn using the computer at home.
Eight year olds have trouble getting to use the computer at home. I think kids should have their own computer because their brother or sister will go on the computer and take all the time. In my opinion kids should have a special type of computer that you can only do homework on. Then they won’t waste their Mum’s time to fix up all the mistakes. This is because the computer fixes up all the mistakes and asks you what word you mean to write. I think kids should have their own computer and their brother and sister should have their computer.

What Central Means to me

I like playing soccer because I can be goalie and I can run around and kick the ball.

The Legend of the Willow Pattern Plate.

Once there was a mandarin and his daughter Koong-se, who fell in love with Chang. Chang dressed as a servant and took Koong-se away to an island. The mandarin chased the boy. They went to an island and stayed there for a couple of weeks. The mandarin sent his soldiers over to capture Koong-se and Chang. They took Koong-se and Chang to the palace and killed them. Then they turned into doves.
